Frankfort is NOT seeing many homes come to the market for sale. People who live here are staying here. Anyone who is looking for a home in the Frankfort area are seeing new listings come and go within a day.
In the graph below, the blue line is detached homes and the red is attached (condos/townhomes). The number of properties listed each month this past year is dropping, while the average sale prices staying about the same, if not a slight increase.
The average days on market graph is skewed due to a few higher priced or dilapidated homes increasing the average for the whole. What I'm seeing is moderately priced homes in decent condition selling within a weekend.
13 detached homes are under contract this week while only 6 new homes are still on the market. We've had 3 price drops and 9 sales. If you were looking for a townhome or condo in Frankfort, there are currently 3 new listings this week.
